Orders and sales
Order requests submitted through this website are not binding sales. A sale is concluded only after we issue a proforma invoice and you confirm it in writing. Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude transport unless stated otherwise.
Shipping and incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed, goods are sold FOB Antananarivo. Transport costs are confirmed by our trade desk per destination and added to the proforma invoice before payment.
Subscriptions
Bulk fiber subscriptions reserve a monthly harvest allotment at a fixed price. They can be paused or adjusted at any time and carry no long-term lock-in.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Madagascar. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antananarivo.
